The things that actually fail
Not general advice, just the specific traps in this document’s own rules.
- The visa centre operator’s own page describes 3.5x4.5 cm as "2 inches by 2 inches in the US". That is wrong: 2x2 in is 51x51 mm and a completely different aspect ratio. Go with 35x45 mm, which is what both the Embassy and the operator state numerically.
- The photo is GLUED onto the printed application form, not clipped or submitted loose.
- Print on normal photographic paper: a camera print.
